I dont splatter my pics like some
do and make you feel bad about your eating and lifestyle or tell
you to pay real expensive prices or offer a too good to be true
REAL BARGAIN (no such thing, cheap is cheap)I give a good basic
workout and explain what I am doing without trying to belittle or
confuse a client like some trainers do.I also offer very advanced
workouts and try to get everyone that I work with to be more and
more able. I want to understand you and how you react to a
workout and how you feel between workouts. I will push you no
matter what your limits are. I do a great job of quickly figuring
out what your limits are, what you are good and bad at and making
weaknesses into strengths. I back off when needed and give even a
real easy stress relief workout to get a client through a bad day
or bad time.
For specifics I will work on
increasing flexibility , strength, power, speed, endurance and
balance. I want you to be able to workout when tired but more
importantly I want you to be able to focus and think when tired. I
apply different methods within myself to get the most out of
someone. My job seems most satisfying when a client tells me of
something that they did on their own that they previously could not
do. That applies to all ages and ability levels. I have had
athletes achieve more that they thought they could, post surgery
patients who improved their range of motion several times over what
they did in physical therapy (without injury) and I have helped the
elderly be able to not lose what they have and enjoy life
more.
I want to teach you that DIET is a
way of life, not something you do for a while and then quit. I try
to teach simple change in diet and working out that leads to
complete lifestyle changes. I do this to ward away the feeling of
doing something for a month and feeling horrible and feeling like a
failure that most diets and others seem to follow. I want to help
someone be able to do what they want and be able to not suffer for
it. I try to do this and help all my clients to have a better
